Accomplishments

Academic paper “Corporate Strategy: Seizing Opportunities in the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN)"

Academic paper “Corporate Strategy: Seizing Opportunities in the Association of South-East Asian Nations (ASEAN), was presented at the Eighth International Business and Economy Conference held on January 9 -11, 2009 at Udaipur, India. An abstract of the paper was listed and published in the Proceedings of the Conference.

The paper was also accepted for publication on the recommendation of two external readers and the internal evaluation by the Editor, Professor Samuel Natale (Ph.D., Oxon), in the International Journal of Decision Ethics as the sixth essay of the IJDE Journal Volume 1, in 2010. In addition, the paper appeared in the UK Journal of Professional Business & Technical Management Volume 4 No 1, July/August 2010.

Senior professional paper on “The Importance and Impact of distance learning in education Management”

Senior professional paper on “The Importance and Impact of distance learning in education Management” undertaken in 2008 - 2009 via research, literature review, and analysis for the Academic Review Council, commissioned by the Society of Business Practitioners UK.

The paper focussed to examine an increasingly important feature of further and higher education provision: the development of distance-learning opportunities for managers and teachers interested in education management qualifications in the context of a newly marketable education service in the West as well as in Asia. To consider, also, the impact of the developing education market on the professional demand for distance learning, and examine how far quality provision and academic excellence can be delivered and maintained by institutions as the new “value added service” imperative, increasingly driving the “professional development business”, that is becoming further established in further and higher education.

Academic paper “Corporate Strategy for Doing Business in the Asia Pacific Region

Academic paper “Corporate Strategy for Doing Business in the Asia Pacific Region", was presented and published at the 14th Annual Conference proceedings of the International Association of Management held on August 2 - 6, 1996 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

The paper was later accepted for peer-reviewed publication, in Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal: Volume 4 Issue 3, March 1997. Now available on Emerald - Cross Cultural & Strategic Management.
